I ordered the glass tank and the cartomizers and the order came in 3 days. I believe I ordered the wrong size carto, but John Vessey put in the right size. When I called him a month later, not remembering the size of the carto, he quickly looked up my past order, found the correct carto size and even took the time to talk about the whole vaping experience, asking how I liked it and what devices I used, etc. He even cleared up some questions I had regarding vivi novas, concluding that the ones I had first ordered through a new vendor, were the old, cheap style with virtually no wicks thus my bad experience. I can't say enough good things about this vendor (by the way the e-liquids are amazingly good). Fast shipment, friendly help given, and basically a vendor who really cares about ALL of his products.
